🌍 Free worldwide shipping on every order
We ship to every country we sell to at no cost, with no minimum order amount and no hidden fees at checkout.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery: once shipped, your order arrives within 6 to 9 business days.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be slightly longer during peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas) or because of carrier or customs delays. If your order is delayed, we’ll let you know by email.
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Check your address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as your order hasn’t shipped yet. We can’t be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Customs and import duties
Shipping is always free, but orders sent outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes or customs duties charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We’ll check with the carrier and find a solution for you as quickly as possible.
